Saly has been listed consistently in the top third of the Barron's 100 Best Financial Advisors since 2005, a prestigious industry ranking. She was listed #1 advisor in the 2008 Top 100 Women Financial Advisors, and #1 advisor for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in state-to-state rankings in 2009.

Unique among authors offering financial advice, Saly considers fitness and health to be components of financial planning because of the human capital involved.

Saly is an example of one who lives the lifestyle that she teaches. An enthusiastic cyclist, competitive athlete, and award-winning equestrian, Saly has been competing nationally in events for 40 years. Her passion for the outdoors has her committed to land conservation in her community of Montgomery County and the surrounding areas. And finally, her psychology degree from Cornell University and her study of nutrition and fitness have prepared her to help others find their way to a healthy lifestyle.

Bill Perreault

As an avid recreational cyclist with race, road, track and mountain experience, Bill leads the Kindle Hill classes in maintenance and road skills. He has worked at every level within the biking industry for more than 20 years: repair, retail, management, manufacturing and design. He is exceptionally skilled at bike fitting, having been trained to the highest standards in New York City at the fitting school of Signature Cycling's Paul Levine. Bill's knowledge and dedication earned him a scholarship from the US Olympic Committee to attend a coaching program at their training center in Colorado Springs. He has been in demand as an Indoor Cycling instructor for the last 15 years, and was named "Volunteer of the Year" at the area YMCA for developing their indoor cycling program.

Eric Hidle

Eric Hidle, an outdoor cycling enthusiast and high altitutde training specialist, brings a unique focus to fitness and training at Kindle Hill on two counts. First, his Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech indicate substantial expertise in technology and engineering. Second, as a former clinically obese man (250 pounds) who has transformed himself into an accomplished athlete and skilled instructor via outdoor cycling, he is an inspiration to those who train with him. Eric's approaches to training encompass the termodynamic model of weight loss, attention to body chemistry and processes, the concept of body as a control system, and power-based training.

Eric Schneider

Eric Schneider has been teaching group fitness classes in the Philadelphia area for 6 years. He is certified through Mad Dogg Athletics to teach Spinning and Les Mills to teach Body Pump group weight training. Eric's personal athletic background includes bicycle road racing, duathlon, and 3 Boston Marathon finishes. His current competitive passion is adventure racing, a combination of trail running, mountain biking, and canoeing. In his indoor cycling classes, Eric strives to create the feel of an actual road ride and he is most gratified when students make the leap to riding outdoors and participating in long distance rides.

Brad Solomon

Brad brings to Kindle Hill a Yoga experience that penetrates well beyond physical conditioning. He began his Yoga journey in Los Angeles in 2001, and earned his Yoga Alliance Certification through the Yoga Fox Vinyasa School of Yoga in Delray Beach, Florida. Many great Yoga teachers have added to Brad’s insight (David Swenson, Shiva Rea, Steve Ross, Brian and Johnny Kest), the most powerful experience being his 2007 study of Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore, India with Patabhi Jois and his family. We are pleased to welcome Brad back to Philadelphia after his eight months of teaching at the Yoga Retreat Center in Costa Rica. His classes combine upbeat modern music with traditional asana and pranayama to create the perfect balance for western practitioners of all levels.

Phil Scarito

Phil Scarito is a Certified RKC II (Russian Kettlebell Challenge) Instructor, and also holds a Functional Movement Certification (FMS). At the Russian Kettlebell Challenges, Phil assisted Master RKC Brett Jones, Senior RKC Brad Nelson, and Senior RKC Will Williams. Phil practices and teaches the Hardstyle method of Kettlebell training, and he emphasizes correct form with his clients to help them understand why they move the way they do. Phil's fitness philosophy is that training with Kettlebells should train the body as a unit. He keeps his classes simple yet challenging by making use of basic multi-joint movements that work the entire body.
