Regardless of your fitness level, Indoor Cycling is an efficient platform for improvement. Athletes at any level can master it, yet it offers power training for advanced athletes and a sharper mental focus for anyone who uses it. Indoor cycling is also an ideal cross training activity, providing a break from other sports that may be taking a toll on your body.

Ironically, while being less stressful on the body than other aerobic exercises, Indoor Cycling burns enormous numbers of calories—700 to1,000 per hour.

Participants determine their own levels of exertion. The intensity of Indoor Cycling workouts are influenced by
  • pedal rate or cadence
  • resistance of the bike's flywheel, which can be adjusted continually to make pedaling easier or more difficult
  • the rider's body position (seated position or rising from the saddle)

At Kindle Hill we present a structured approach to indoor cycling that teaches you to ride smarter, not harder. You'll learn the posture and other techniques required to be successful with outdoor rides. Our indoor cycling bikes offer toe cages, as well as "shimano" and "look" clips, to suit your personal preference for comfortable riding.

Many of our indoor cycling participants become "lifers" who enjoy our special events, workshops, and focus groups.

You can pedal your way to a new dimension of fitness both indoors and outdoors at Kindle Hill.
